The North Museum has generated excitement and curiosity about natural history, science and technology for more than 50 years.  Close to downtown Lancaster, the Museum features extensive collections and varied exhibits.  From outer space to local Native American peoples, from rocks and minerals to dinosaurs, from the Live Animal Room to the Discovery Room, you can explore the diverse world of natural history and science.  In addition, special programs and weekend events take place throughout the year.

The North Museum Planetarium, largest in Central Pennsylvania, will take you to the far reaches of the universe.  The Technology Theater features the award winning ViewSpace system with downloads from the Space Telescope Science Institute.  Linger to enjoy incredible images from the Hubble telescope and NASA missions.
